MENDING WINGS HEALING PRACTICE:
    This Practice is a 12 month healing practice which done in the
    order of the months. The practice is broken down into two
    sections per month and includes an introductory commentary,
    aspirations, quotes or supports, and  time to review your
    progress, as well as a video your which helps one visualize the
    aspiration for the month. The Mending Wings Healing
    Practices geared towards creating movement towards
    healing.  Please view the Mending Wings Introduction page
    for further information. (NOTE: I'm still putting some of the
    finishing touches on the practice pages and they will be
    posted when available.)

A WRITE TO FLIGHT" POETRY BLOG:
    I have written a collection of poetry regarding my journey
    into healing and posted it to my biog which was the inspiration
    of the title of the web site. I hope you find healing in the
    poetry posted there. Please feel free to leave comments on
    the comment section.

A WING AND A PRAYER RESOURCE GUIDE:
    It is important for one to honor their teachers. This page does
    just that, as well as relaying valuable resources and  
    publications, which will help one continue their  healing
    process. We also take prayer and Reiki requests from this
    page.
